You may register at the library for a library card, and borrow books at any library in the Mid-York system, which encompasses Oneida, Herkimer and Madison Counties. Books can be requested from other libraries when not available here.
State tax forms, a computer with internet access and a copy machine are also available. Photocopies are $.20 a copy. The library also has a free notary public service.
The meeting room is available for use by non-profit groups. A TV and VCR are in the community room.Some of those presently doing so are the New York Mills Historical Society, Glenside Cemetery Association, Bator Post, Little League, the Celiac group, and Friends of the Library.
There is a display case just inside the front door. If you have something that can be displayed that you wish to share, contact the library.
