Board of Trustees
According to the Library By-Laws, the Library Board must consist of five trustees. New appointments and/or vacancies shall be made by the Village Board upon recommendation of the Library Board. A Board member may be re-appointed except that no member may serve more than two full terms consecutively. Library Trustees may reside in either the Town or Village of Herkimer. Unless otherwise noted, meetings are held at 7pm in the Washburn Meeting Room. Use the meeting room door, located on the same side of the building as the main doors.

February 25 – special meeting at 7:00pm

May 23 – special meeting at 6:30pm
June 10 – also annual meeting
July/August – no regular meetings
