Wowbrary is a new service that sends you free weekly emails featuring the Frank J. Basloe Library’s most recent acquisitions. Be among the first to know about all of the wonderful new books, DVDs, and CDs that the Library acquires each week.
Wowbrary sends you a weekly email about Basloe’s newest books, movies and music and makes it easy for you to browse through the latest additions and place a hold on a new title. The email arrives in your inbox every Wednesday and lists all of the previous week’s acquisitions.
What Does the Wowbrary Email Look Like?
The middle section of the Wowbrary email shows the top 20 items that have been ordered that week. Items include bestsellers, DVDs that have been recently released, CDs, and children’s books. Each item includes a picture of the cover and a description. There is a box next to the title for more information or to put a hold on the book (Borrow). On the left column, you can click on your favorite categories such as DVDs, Computer and Internet, Health, Mind and Body, Mysteries and Thrillers, Children’s Books, or Teen.
