Homework help is close at hand, with access to sites like Grolier Online, which offers trusted general knowledge articles from the Encyclopedia Americana, as well as Roget’s Thesaurus and the American Heritage Dictionary. Opposing Viewpoints offers articles on current issues to which are sure to develop critical thinking skills and support student success with the new Common Core standards. Kids InfoBits offers information for elementary school students on a wide range of subjects. Students can also receive individual research guidance any time by clicking the blue “Ask Us 24/7” box to chat with a librarian.
