The Hamilton Public Library welcomes use of this facility by visiting groups and organizations. Please read theRoom Use Policy & Code of Conduct, before filling out and submitting a Room Request Form Signed request forms may be submitted in person, via fax, or as an emailed attachment. Authorized library personnel will review your request and contact you regarding a determination as soon as is practicable.
In an effort to help maintain library spaces and amenities, as well as, provide statistics we are required to report annually, groups must complete and return a Room Use Checklist each time they use a room.
